Can you put polyurethane foam in a washing machine or will it get destroyed?
i have polyurethane foam from an office chair than needs cleaning. its 91% polyurethane and 8% polyester fibre batting,

im just wondering if it will either get destroyed in the machine or shrink or anything else i should note before attempting.

-or should i just hand wash it in the tub. and if so what cleaners should i use in the tub? (bleach detergent etc…)

Why would I have more water pressure in my shower when the washing machine is filling than off?

There is a noticable increase in volume and pressure in my upstairs shower when the basement washing machine starts filling up. We just moved into this home, and this baffles us.
We are on City, or at least, town water. We tried the shower pressure again and flushed the toilet. The pressure increased until the tank filled.

So far no apparitions.

I spilled milk on my microfiber couch. I cleaned it with soap & water, but now the fabric is stiff. HELP!?

It is a brand new "micro-suede" microfiber sectional couch from Value City, and of course I didn’t want to spend the money on the fabric protection warranty like I should have. The cushions do have a zipper, so would it be safe to remove the microfiber cover and throw it in the washing machine? I don’t want to further destroy my couch, but the stiff, hard spot is awful! Please help!

The washing machine smells like its burning and it wont spin. ?

We changed the belts and it still does not work . It wont spin at all and it still smells liek burning belt even though they are new. What else can we check? Thanks

No, I don’t want to try it myself to find out. There was once an incident where a dish-washing machine was malfunctioning and it started to spray out water. Someone in the room said: "Don’t let the water hit the fluorescent lights!" Well, what would have happened if it did?

Why are there two machines for washing clothes, and only one machine to wash and dry dishes?

There are two machines required to wash clothes. One machine to wash the clothes and the other to dry the clothes. SO if thats the case, why isn’t there two machines for dishes- one to wash the dishes and the other to dry the dishes. It just makes no sense.? WHY?
Also why do combo machine cost extremely much more than a regular machine? In Europe everybody has one machine that does BOTH jobs. Explain that.

Is there a way i can drain my washing machine directly into the drain?

and not the tipe like thise :you go let the close and somebody else make them nice.No thise.Why people go to clean in paces with washingmachine and they put the close and cealn them there….why they don,t buy a washing machine to have in the house. and use what ever they want. For me is not logic.

It goes though all cycles fine, but stops with 26 mintes left, it will spin and rinse fine also, but water and soap start leaking out the bottom?
