This is a commercial property and it will be located under a parking lot. Also, what size should I use. The property is about 1.5 acres. There is an existing structure on site, 85 by 125 ft wide, and another building is being proposed, 125 by 50 foot wide. Only 10% of the land will be used for landscaping.

What would be the total cost of building something like that?

Why is it when they build big plazas they cut down big trees, when they could have left them in the parking lot? (they plant tiny trees anyways) so what’s the point of cutting the big ones down?

AND ALSO, what’s the reason they sometimes on old plazas and near offices, they cut down mature trees and plant tiny ones?
