Can you cut the limbs right off or is there a special way to do it?

I’m not sure what type of palm. It’s been getting enough water and could probably use more sunlight, but I really wanna try and bring it back to health. If anyone has idea on how to help me I’d appreciate that greatly….. Thanx in advance.

I pulled a palm tree sprout out of the ground that was a shoot from a really tall date palm, stuck it in some water to help it root, and then planted it, but how do I tell hold old it is? and how long will it take to get to the size of the big ones? (not necessarily in height, just thickness)

Ok. so I got 4 estimates to build / redo my back yard.
1. About how much would it cost to change the support would on a wooden fence about 60Ft, then build a 12 or 15 inch wall of brick along wooden fence.
2.Cost to build a pit grill probably small one or regular size along with a barbecue grill.
3. Cost to put one palm tree (small)
Can anyone give me a price per question please.
