Sun drying fades color in clothes, but will using a dryer fade the color?
I want maybe 2-3 inches because it’s too long. I heard that putting boiling water will shrink it significantly. Will it shrink 2-3 inches?
Also It’s 55% cotton, and 45% polyester.
I think there is something in my closet eating holes in my clothes, probably bugs, and even though my whole apt. has been fumigated twice before, the problem still exists.
If I use mothballs in my closet, will this solve the problem, and where do I put them? Also, will it hurt my cat if she gets into the closet?
Thanks!
Also, I haven’t purchased or planned on using moth balls, which is why I am asking the question in the first place, thanks.
Blood-stained navy underwear (ahem… woman problems haha)?
Should I wash it with my dark jeans and sweatpants? Or with my socks and other underwear – most of which are white or light-colored…?
I really don’t wanna wash it by itself… or split my underwear by darks and lights… waste of water and energy lol
Well I’m not washing it with other people’s clothes. I would never do that.
Why is it nasty? Grow up, seriously. Have you not hit puberty yet?
I have lots of clothes and i have a personal rule not to wear things more than 7 times without being washed , but it just seems waste full to wash them after ever time you wear them , also the same rule applys with my hair , but don’t worry i take a shower at least twice a month.
My boyfriend gets his clothes (jeans & t-shirts) extremely dirty. His clothes get covered with grease, black metal dust and other types of dirt. I have tried using Tide, shout and dawn and theclothes are all still stained black, they just don’t seem to come clean. What else can I try to get the black stains out?
My husband is a long-haul trucker. While on the road he can get really dirty and sweaty. Whats worse is that he can not always shower daily. His laundry comes home NASTY. I have no problem getting it clean but the fabrics his clothes are made of tend to shred to bits pretty quickly. I think is due to all the additives I need to use to get the laundry clean. Does any one know of anything that will get the clothes clean and remove stains without destroying the fabric? Thanks!
Thanks Everyone! I don’t tend to get clothes at walmart but It is a good reminder. I will try all the suggestions. I feel better knowing that others have had the problems.
My dryer does work but it’s not producing any heat to dry my clothes, what could be the problem? Does anyone know any cheap fix-it tips? Thanks
