Located beneath a window maybe about a total of 16-25sq ft. Bricks are sort of popping out about .25inc. House was built is 1965, It’s about to have some minor foundation work done. Just wanted to know about how much it would cost to repair that section of brick. Thanks for your help! =)

While moving my daughter’s new bed upstairs, I put a hole in the drywall, and while I was replacing the drywall, I found that there is no firewall separating my town home from my neighbors townhome. (A firewall is a wall made of brick or cinderblock that is used as a buffer to protect homes from fire.) I would like to find out if they are manditory in San Diego, CA, because they are back home…. the walls are the exterior walls of a walkout basement. It is painted white but i need to take it down to the bare concrete agian. It will look better with the brick home. Any ideas.

I would like to do little hallway walls with (real)brick. Is there a "half" brick out there, meaning the depth.? Has anyone paid to have this done, expensive? I would need little pieces of brick as well for smaller spaces above window and door.

Some concrete overlay installers gave me estimates for it without saying that it shouldn’t be done, but one installer said that it can’t be done over brick because the concrete will crack because the bricks are not flat. He recommended demolition and stamped concrete instead. I don’t know who to believe now.
