How much will it cost to build a bathroom in the bonus room?

I need to build a bathroom in our bonus room behind the garage because my mother is going to move in there and she is handicapped. The washer and dryer are in there, so there are water lines close. I have estimated by shopping online that the shower stall, doors, faucets, sink, vanity, sink faucet, and toilet will be a little less than 0, so I am just wondering what it will cost to do the plumbing and build to walls. Also, is the plumbing easy, if so i could do it myself. We wont have a bath tub, just a shower, sink, and toilet. THANKS!

I live in La Mesa Ca 91941 and my landlord recently had the tree in our front porch area cut down. I want to replace the area with some plants, but I want to make sure they can grow and flourish in this area. They will not be in the shade and will be exposed to alot of sunlight!

Im planning on buying a flower tomorrow morning and keeping it safe in my bag to give to my girflfriend after school when we hang out.

Will it be all shrivelled up and dead by then? (around 8 hours). It wont get damaged ill keep it safe, just wondering if it will die from no water.

I have a 16’ x 8’ cleared and level area that I would like pavers laid. I priced the paving blocks and now want to figure out how much labor will cost. Does anyone know about how much labor will be? Is it by the foot or just individual based on the area?

This is a commercial property and it will be located under a parking lot. Also, what size should I use. The property is about 1.5 acres. There is an existing structure on site, 85 by 125 ft wide, and another building is being proposed, 125 by 50 foot wide. Only 10% of the land will be used for landscaping.

I want maybe 2-3 inches because it’s too long. I heard that putting boiling water will shrink it significantly. Will it shrink 2-3 inches?
Also It’s 55% cotton, and 45% polyester.

A friend of mine was very careless with his cigarette, and set fire to my fence. I will need two fence panels replaced, including the posts. The fence is made up of cedar planks, and I believe it is 6 feet high. I will also need a redwood retaining wall board replaced. I am just curious if it is worth filing a homeowners claim, or if I should hire a handyman to do the repair? I live in NorCal btw.
It is city code that we have fences. Besides that we have a large dog who requires a fence.
