Is it possible to grow vegetables indoors without sun?

What kind and wattage of lights shud I get? I want to grow radish and cherry tomatoes…Any other veggies that grow easily inside?

    You have to buy Grow Lights and rig them to be very close to the top of plants. They should be hooked to a timer so you can adjust them to a daylight night cycle. Also will need a small fan because plants need air movement or fungus will grow like wild
    suggest you google plants indoors.

    It isn’t really that successful no matter what equipment you use. Sun is best
