Can a Pothos plant die from too much flourescent light exposure like it would with too much direct sun?

If an office light is left on for 24 hours daily, can the Pothos (Epipremnum aureum) die or be scorched

An acclimated Pothos can thrive in direct sunlight, just like they do in their native Mexico and South America. Visit an outdoor restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, for example, and they are growing all around you in direct sunlight.

No, you can’t give them too much fluorescent light. I can’t think of a plant that could be damaged by too much fluorescent light. They just aren’t bright or hot enough.
