The car must have rolled on a weak spot. there wasn't a hole before because when cement is placed, the wholes are covered. Call a contractor to come out and take a look. Offhand, it sounds like a sinkhole, and that could be dangerous...it could move to your house and under your foundation, then bye bye house.
