If you live in NYC, is it better drop your clothes off at the laundromat?
October 4th, 2009 at 19:18I’m not sure how much it costs, but one of my friends suggested it. Now, I go back and forth up and down 4 flights of stairs several times because I don’t like waiting there for 2 hours (especially when there’s not any free dryers)

When I lived in brooklyn. i would dropped my laundry off. it was easier and calculating it it was only 3 bucks more well a lil more if i left a tip, but IT WAS WORTH IT. i would drop off like 40lbs of laundry and it would cost me 15-16 bucks. well worth it and plus they fold it for you. what ever you don’t want in the dryer take out of the bag and tell them. the place i went to always did this for me. I usually left them a tip every other week or so like 5 bucks. but its not expensive and you don’t waste half a day in the laundromat.
i think i paid around .38 cents a pound.
try it once and you will love it.
